无乳糖饮食辅助治疗婴儿腹泻的疗效观察

目的观察无乳糖饮食辅助治疗婴儿腹泻的疗效。方法治疗组86例于入院后在综合治疗的基础上加用无乳糖饮食辅助治疗,与对照组（只用综合疗法）80例进行疗效比较。结果治疗组和对照组的退热时间分别为（1.5±0.5）d和（3.0±0.5）d;止吐时间分别为（1.0±0.5）d和（2.0±0.5）d,止泻时间分别为（2.0±1.2）d和（4.5±2.0）d,纠正脱水时间分别为（1.5±1.0）d和（2.7±2.3）d,平均住院时间分别为（3±1.2）d和（5.4±2.4）d,治疗3 d后外周血白细胞恢复正常率分别为94.23%和59.57%,大便中白细胞消失率分别为93.15%和58.73%,疗效评定总有效率分别为97.67%和88.75%,2组比较均差异均具非常显著性意义（P〈0.001）。结论无乳糖饮食对改善婴儿腹泻临床症状及缩短病程具有较好疗效。

Observation on the effect of lactose-free diet in the adjuvant treatment of infants'' diarrhea

Objective To observe the curative effect of lactose-free diet in the adjuvant treatment of infants＇ diarrhea.Methods 86 cases in the treatment group were given the adjuvant treatment of lactose-free diet on the basis of comprehensive treatment after admission.Then the comparison of curative effect was conducted between the treatment group and the control group（80 cases）.Results The fever clearance times were（1.5±0.5）d in the treatment group and（3.0±0.5）d in the control group,the times of stopping vomit were （1.0±0.5）d and（2.0±0.5）d,the times of stopping diarrhea were（2.0±1.2）d and（4.5±2.0）d,the times of correcting dehydration were（1.5±1.0）d and（2.7±2.3）d,and the average hospitalization times were（3±1.2）d and（5.4±2.4）d,respectively.After three days of treatment,the rates of returning to normal of peripheral white blood cell were 94.23% and 59.57%,the disappear rates of white cell in stool were 93.15% and 58.73%,and the total effective rate of assessment of curative effect were 97.67% and 88.75% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively.All the differences had obvious meaning between the two groups.Conclusions The lactose-free diet has better curative effect in improving the clinic symptoms of diarrhea and shortening the courses of diseases in infants.
