氯胺酮、异丙酚静脉复合麻醉用于小儿肛肠手术

目的氯胺酮、异丙酚静脉复合麻醉下施行小儿肛肠手术,探索两者合用的最佳剂量和优点。方法80例小儿肛肠手术随机分为A、B两组,各40例。A组使用氯胺酮、异丙酚静脉复合液;B组使用氯胺酮。记录氯胺酮用量、手术结束至清醒的时间、不良反应发生例数。结果两组的氯胺酮用量、手术结束至清醒的时间有显著差异（P〈0.05）,不良反应发生例数差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论氯胺酮、异丙酚静脉复合麻醉可以达到相互取长补短的协同功效,是一种良好的麻醉方法。

Methods Divide 80 cases into 2 groups, group A and group B, each 40 eases, group A uses the ketamine, propofol vein composite liquid, group B uses the ketamine. Record the dose of ketamine, the time between the end of the operation and the conscious time, and the adverse reaction cases. Results there are differences among the doses, the time, there is no meaning in adverse reaction cases（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Ketamine, propofol intravenous anesthesia can achieve the synergy effect of learning from each other, it is a good anesthesia method.
