| 摘 要： | 目的探讨联合测定胸腔积液中的腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和C反应蛋白(CRP)在结核性与恶性胸腔积液上鉴别诊断的价值。方法酶法和免疫比浊法检测59例结核性胸腔积液和17例恶性肿瘤积液中ADA、LDH和CRP的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果结核性胸腔积液中ADA和CRP水平显著高于恶性积液的值,具有统计学意义,P<0.01。但是,结核性胸腔积液中LDH含量低于恶性积液的LDH值,有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论胸腔积液中ADA、LDH和CRP的联合检测,对鉴别结核性与恶性胸腔积液有重要价值。
