| 摘 要： | 目的了解玉溪市居民脑卒中危害程度,为降低脑卒中的发病提供一定防治科学依据。方法按坝区、半山区及山区分层,对2006～2007年发生脑卒中的居民进行个案调查。结果玉溪市居民脑卒中年平均发病率195.42/10万,死亡率62.36/10万。男女发病率与死亡率比例为1.27:1和1.29:1。出血型脑卒中占35.93%,缺血型脑卒中占60.55%。坝区、回族脑卒中发病率较高;山区、蒙古族和彝族死亡率较高。发病率以75岁以上年龄组较高。结论玉溪市出血型脑卒中高于全国城乡水平,应积极采取综合防治措施,控制脑卒中的发病率及死亡率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the incidence of cerebral stroke in Yuxi City. Methods Individual survey of cerebral stroke patients in 2006-2007 was carried out . Results The average incidence of morbidity and mortality rate were 195.42/100 000 and 62.33/100 000 populations respectively,the ratio of mobidity and mortality of man to women were 1.27：1 and 1.29：1 respectively. Haemorrhagie stroke and ischemic stroke occupied 35.93% and 60.55% ,respectively.. Conclusion The incidence of haemorrhagic stroke in Yuxi city was higher than that of the national level of 14% and effective preventive and control measures be taken to reduce the incidence and mortality of the disease. |
