逆向工程软件结合Micro_CT技术在牙体组织精细三维有限元模型建立中的应用

摘    要:目的:探索逆向工程技术软件结合Micro_CT技术在牙体组织精细三维有限元模型建立中的应用,建立上颌第一前磨牙牙冠的精细三维有限元模型. 方法: 用Micro_CT对选取的完整人上颌第一前磨牙进行扫描,将获得的CT影像通过Mimics V8.1软件进行拟合,初步形成三维模型. 再将模型导入Geomagic 7软件中进行精修和细化,形成有限元分析软件可识别的实体三维模型,最后,将牙体组织的三维实体模型在Ansys 9.0软件中进行布尔运算,区分出釉质、牙本质及髓腔系统,并分别进行了网格划分. 结果: 建立了人上颌第一前磨牙牙冠的精细三维有限元模型,网格划分后的牙冠三维有限元模型:釉质具有154, 355个单元,牙本质具有256, 304个单元,共有410, 659个10节点四面体单元,模型具有非常高的精确度. 结论: 逆向工程软件结合Micro_CT技术是牙体组织精细三维有限元模型建立的有效途径.

Abstract:AIM: To explore the value of the combination of the reverse engineering software and Micro_CT technique in the reconstruction of the fine three-dimentional finite element analysis (3D FEA) model of the tooth structure and to reconstruct the fine 3D FEA model of the crown of human maxillary first premolar. METHODS: Micro_CT was used to scan the intact maxillary first premolar. Import the CT images to Mimics V8.1 software and prefabricate the 3D model. Then, after improvement in the Geomagic 7 software, the model that can be identified by the FEA software was accomplished. At last, in Ansys 9.0 software, by Boolean operation, different parts of the crown(enamel, dentin and pulp cavity) were separated, and the 3D meshes were created respectively. RESULTS: The fine 3D FEA model of the crown of the maxillary first premolar was constructed successfully. After 3D meshing, the enamel had 154, 355 tetrahedral elements, the dentin had 256, 304 tetrahedral elements, in total, the crown had 410, 659 10-node-tetrahedral elements. The accuracy of the model was very high. CONCLUSION: The combination of reverse engineering software and Micro_CT technique is an effective way for the reconstruction of fine 3D FEA model of the tooth structure.
