| 摘 要： | 目的 评估病人血液微小RNA-499诊断早期急性心肌梗死的应用价值.方法 通过数据库PubMed、Embase、Medline、Cochrane Library检索已经发表的英文文献,经文献质量评价后提取研究所需数据,利用Stata 14.0软件进行Meta分析.结果初步检索出113篇英文文献,经纳入与排除标准筛选后,最终纳入研究的文献共9篇.参与病例数1091例,合并研究间的异质性I2=23.3％,敏感性0.83,特异性0.88,诊断优势比36,受试者工作特征曲线下面积0.84.结论 血液中微小RNA-499在急性心肌梗死患者是升高的,可以作为早期诊断的分子生物学标志.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of microRNA-499 in blood of patients for early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods We searched the English literatures through the database,PubMed,Embase,Medline,Cochrane Library to retrieve the published literature,and conducted quality assessment before extracting the required data.Statistical software Stata 14.0 was used to conduct the Meta-analysis. Results Primary literature retrieved 113 English documents,screening with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of nine documents finally included in this study.The number of involved cases was 1 091,combined heterogeneity between studies was I2=23.3%,sensitivity was 0.83,specificity was 0.88,diagnostic odds ratio was 36,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.84. Conclusions Blood microRNA-499 in patients with acute myocardial infarction is increased,so it can be used as molecular biomarkers for early diagnosis. |
