摘    要:目的 探讨3.0T MRI在臂丛神经损伤中的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析安徽医科大学第二附属医院2013年11月至2017年7月26例臂丛神经损伤患者的临床资料,所有患者采用3.0T MRI行3D-T2W-STIR-SPACE序列增强扫描,将MRI结果与临床手术所见进行比较对照。结果 26例臂丛神经损伤患者中,节前损伤10例、节后损伤9例、混合型损伤7例(节前节后均有损伤);MRI诊断节前损伤的敏感性为93.8%,特异性为27.8%,准确性为75.8%;MRI诊断节后损伤的敏感性为89.1%,特异性为85.7%,准确性为88.7%。结论 MRI对于臂丛神经损伤诊的断敏感性及准确性较高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 3.0T MRI for brachial plexus injury. Methods Twenty-six cases of brachial plexus injury patients in this hospital from November 2013 to July 2017were analyzed retrospectively in terms of the 3.0T MRI examination results and operations, and all patients underwent 3.0T MRI scanning in 3D-T2W-STIR-SPACE enhanced sequence. Results In the 26 cases of brachial plexus injury, there were 10 cases of preganglionic brachial plexus,9 cases of postganglionic brachial plexusand 7 cases of mixed brachial plexus. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosing preganglionic brachial plexus injury was 93.8%, 27.8%, and 75.8%, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of MRI in diagnosing postganglionic brachial plexus injury was 89.1%, 85.7%, and 88.7%, respectively. Conclusion MRI is a significant method for the diagnosis brachial plexus injury.
