颅痛散对偏头痛相关参数的影响

摘    要:目的:研究颅痛散对偏头痛患者头痛发作持续时间、每月发作频度、头痛指数及脑多普勒(TCD)指数变化的影响。方法:将72例偏头痛患者随机分成两组,对照组35例服用天麻密环片,治疗组服用颅痛散,疗程3个月。结果:治疗组在上述前三个系数及TCD所示大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)的VM在治疗1、2、3个月后与治疗前有明显差别(P<0.01 or P<0.05),且前两者治疗后与对照组治疗后存在显著差异(P<0.01 or P<0.05),但VA、BA之VM治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05),且椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)、PCA之VM值与对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:颅痛散对血流加快血管痉挛的偏头痛患者能明显改善其血流速度与痉挛状态,从而影响偏头痛发作时间、频度、指数及TCD某些指标,但对血流速度慢并血管扩张的偏头痛患者无明显改善上述参数的优异性。

Abstract:Objective:TO study the effect of Ru Tong Shan to migrain patients on continual time of headache, frequency of every month, headache index and TCD index variations. Methods:To divide 72 migrain patients into two groups randomly of contrast group and treatment group. And 35 patients of contrast group took Gastrodia elata BL. Tablets, while 37 patients of other group took Ru Tong Shan. The period was three months. Results: The first three indexes and VM of middle cerebra artery(MCA)anterior cerebra artery(ACA)and posterior cerebra artery(PCA)in TCD of treatment group are obviously changed, because of took the drug( P<0.01 or P<0.05) . And the first two indexes between treatment group and contrast group have obvious difference( P<0.01 or P<0.05) . Conclusion:Ru Tong Shan have obvious effect to migrain patients who have quick blood speed and spasm of blood vessels. It can better the patients'blood speed and spasm condition, then affect, the patients continous time, frequency, index and some TCD the patient who have slow blood speed and dilated blood vessels.
