怀化地区泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏结果分析

摘    要:目的:了解本地区泌尿生殖道支原体的感染状况及耐药性,以指导临床合理用药。方法:对488例疑为泌尿生殖道支原体感染者采样后,采用支原体培养和药敏试剂盒对支原体进行培养和体外药敏试验。结果:支原体阳性培养176例,阳性率36.0%,其中解脲支原体(UU)145例(29.7%),人型支原体(Mh)6例(1.2%),UU+Mh25例(5.1%)。单纯UU阳性者药敏试验结果显示对8种抗生素敏感性高低依次为交沙霉素(97.9%)、阿奇霉素(96.8%)、罗红霉素(73.8%)、强力霉素(70.3%)、红霉素(68.3%)、美满霉素(44.1%)、氧氟沙星(11.0%)、环丙沙星(1.4%);25例UU合并Mh阳性者除对交沙霉素有较高的敏感性(76.0%)外,对其他7种抗生素均呈高度耐药。结论:对支奈体进行培养鉴定的同时对支奈体进行药敏试验分析,对指导临床合理使用抗生素有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate Mycoplasma infection in patients in Huihua and antimicribial resistance,and to guide the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic.Methods Sample were taken from 488 patients who were suspected infection of Ureaplasma uralyticum(UU) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),mycoplasma Culture and antimicrobial susceptibility test wrew performed.Results Among 176 cases were positive,Positive trte was 36.0%,UU positive were 145 cases(Positive rate was 5.1%).antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that the average susceptibility rates of UU to 8 antimicrobial agents were as follows: josamycin(97.9%),azithromycin(96.8%),roxithromycin(73.8%),doxycycline(70.3%),erythromycin(68.3%),minocycline(44.1%),ofloxacin(11.0%),ciprofloxacin(1.4%);The resistant drug rate of 25 cases UU+Mh infection was high.Conclusions The identification of Mycoplasma in combination with antimicrobial susceptibility test is helpfur for the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic.
