通阳活血颗粒的薄层色谱鉴别

目的建立通阳活血颗粒中主要成分的定性鉴别方法,为制定其质量标准提供依据。方法采用薄层色谱法（TLC法）对颗粒中的黄芪、红花两种有效成分进行定性分析。结果供试品与对照品,对照药材薄层图谱斑点相同并清晰,均能鉴别出黄芪、红花。结论薄层色谱专属性强,操作简便,重现性好,可用于通阳活血颗粒的质量控制。

TLC identification of granular preparation of tongyanghuoxue

Objective Providing scientific basis for quality standards established by establishing the qualitative analysis of the most effective composition in the granular preparation of Tongyanghuoxue. Methods Effective compositions of Flos Carthami and Radix Astragali were identified by TLC. Results In the TLC of the testing samples, same color spots were noted at the corresponding sites of the reference substances and effective compositions of Flos Carthami and Radix Astragali can be identified by TLC. Conclusion The reproducibility and the specialization of the TLC were good. The method was simple and convenient, which can be used for quality control of the granular preparation of Tongyanghuoxue.
