| 摘 要： | 自1985年中国大陆发现首例艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者以来，艾滋病流行日益严重，及时采取有效的控制措施成为遏制艾滋病流行的当务之急。但是有效防控措施的制定是以客观分析和预测艾滋病流行趋势为基础的。本文从我国艾滋病的流行现状及其影响因素人手，阐述与艾滋病流行相关的数据来源并评价其质量，提出中国艾滋病流行趋势预测的障碍及建议。

| Abstract: | Since the first case of AIDS in China being diagnosed in 1985, HIV epidemic has become more visible in the country. There is urgent need to take countermeasures based on the scientific estimation on HIV epidemic in the whole country. However, the strategic approaches for HIV/AIDS prevention and control should be developed on the basis of reliable analysis of the epidemics. This article summarizes the HIV epidemics status quo in China, and appraises the available sources of data for analysis and prediction for trend. Suggestions are also made. |
