健康教育对老年患者不健康行为的影响

目的探讨健康教育对老年患者不健康行为的影响。方法通过对116例老年住院患者在入院时、出院时、出院后1个月,分别进行不健康行为的调查评定;对58例试验组老年患者及其家属于住院期间实施有计划、有目的的健康教育,对另58例对照组老年患者及其家属只作一般性宣教和随机解释。结果入院时两组患者的不健康行为得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时、出院后30天试验组老年患者的不健康行为得分明显低于对照组,试验组出院时的不健康行为得分明显低于入院时,均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论对老年住院患者进行有效的健康教育能提高患者的遵医行为,减少其不健康行为。

The effect of health education on the elders'''' unhealthy behaviors

Objective To research the effect of health education on the elder's unhealthy behaviors. Methods Investigations on unhealthy behaviors were performed in 116 elders respectively on the day of admission, the day of leaving hospital and one-month follow-up. Fifty-eight elders in testing group as well as their family members got designing targeted health teducaton. The other 58 elders in control group and their family members got general public education and randomized explanation. Results The scores of unhealthy behavior on the day of admission had no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). The scores of unhealthy behavior in testing group were significantly lower than that in control group in the investigations respectively on the day of leaving hospital and one-month follow-up (P<0.05). In the testing group, the score of unhealthy behavior was significantly lower on the day of leaving hospital than that on the day of admission (P<0.05). Conclusion The effective health education towards the elders of inpatients could improve their compliance to medicine and reduce the unhealthy behaviors.
