微生态制剂预防儿童社区获得性肺炎继发腹泻疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察微生态制剂预防儿童社区获得性肺炎继发腹泻的疗效。方法:符合儿童社区获得性肺炎的患儿218例,随机分成预防组116例,对照组102例。预防组患儿按儿童社区获得性肺炎防治方案予以抗生素及对症治疗,同时应用微生态制剂预防继发腹泻,对照组按儿童社区获得性肺炎防治方案使用抗生素及对症治疗,出现继发腹泻才开始应用微生态制剂,共观察7 d,观察两组腹泻发生率、临床疗效、止泻时间及腹泻总疗程并进行统计学分析。结果:预防组继发腹泻18例,发生率为15.51%,对照组继发腹泻42例,发生率为41.12%。两组比较预防组继发腹泻低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预防组止泻时间及腹泻总疗程少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期应用微生态制剂能减低儿童社区获得性肺炎继发腹泻的发生率及减轻其腹泻程度,有预防的作用,且临床应用方便、安全,无任何不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of probiotics preventing secondary diarrhea of communityacquired pneumonia in children.Method Total 218 children with community-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into the prevention group(n=116) and the control group(n=102). According to community-acquired pneumonia prevention schemes,children in the prevention group received antibiotics and symptomatic treatment,at the same time,the probiotics was applied to prevent secondary diarrhea.In the control group with the same antibiotics and symptomatic treatment,the probiotics was applied only when the children had secondary diarrhea.Diarrhea incidence,clinical curative effect,diarrhea stopping time and total treatment were observed for 7 days,and statistically analyzed.Results Eighteen children had secondary diarrhea in the prevention group,with an incidence of 15.51%,and 42 patients in the control groups,with an incidence of 41.12%,the difference between the two groups showed significant difference(P〈0.05).Diarrhea stopping time and total treatment in the prevention group were shorter than the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Early application of probiotics can reduce the incidence and degree of secondary diarrhea in children with community-acquired pneumonia,and safe,convenient,without any side effects.
