摘    要:目的:研究在体内情况下咬合力影响牙周组织改建的分子机制。方法:采用拔牙法拔除大鼠一侧上颌磨牙,建立模拟下颌磨牙咬合力丧失及增强的动物模型。选择某一特定细胞因子(IL-6)用于免疫组化、原位杂交实验中鉴定,且行组织形态学观察(HE染色)。结果:免疫组化以及原位杂交结果显示,IL-6蛋白及IL-6mRNA表达在咬合力增强及减弱组均较正常咬合力组明显改变。组织形态学观察表明,咬合力增强及减弱对牙周组织改

Abstract:?Objective: To establish an animal model for the study of molecular mechanism of the effects of bite force on periodontium remodeling. Methods: Left maxillary molars of rats were extracted and the left mandibular molar area was used as the bite force loss; right mandibular molars served as bite force increase. Periodontium remodeling on both sides was observed with HE staining, immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization techniques 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after the extraction. Results: Decrease of periodontal space was observed in the group of bite force loss and increase in the group of bite force increase at all the intervals of observation (P<0.05).Increased IL6 and IL6 mRNA expression was found in the two tested groups. Conclusion: The animal model may be used to represent the bite force loss and bite force increase.
