| 摘 要： | 肝外伤在腹部外伤仅次于小肠和脾外伤居第三位,死亡率较高。本文总结248倒闭合性肝外伤,从诊断、治疗等方面进行分析,提出自已的诊治体会,旨在提高对本外伤的认识。

| Abstract: | Among abdominal injuries, the occurrence of closed hepatic injury is next to those of injuries of small intestine and spleen . However, closed hepatic injury has a higher mortality. This article describes the diagnosis and treat- ment of 248 hepatic injuries. |
