摘    要:对降糖药物新剂型开发研究进行文献整理和分析。主要对治疗糖尿病的常规剂型(片剂、颗粒剂、胶囊、滴丸、气雾剂、喷雾剂、粉雾剂、滴鼻剂)、新技术(缓控释给药系统、靶向给药系统、脉冲自动调控式给药系统、经皮给药的药物传输系统及新型"智能"降糖药)的文献报道进行介绍,并对其生物等效性问题进行了探讨。分析发现,目前国内外使用的降糖药的疗效仍不够理想,长期服用存在较大的毒副作用。结合中药组方配伍理论及药剂、药理、药化等多学科开发出安全有效的中药制剂,将为糖尿病临床防治带来新的希望。

Abstract:Literatures about new dosage forms of medicines with reducing blood sugar were analyzed. Diabetes and complications exert a serious threat on humans, dosage forms play a critical role in efficiency, while commonlj used medicines with reducing blood sugar have some shortages, so it is necessary to develop new dosage forms of medicines. This paper mainly reviewed common dosage forms(tablet, granule, capsule, pills, aerosol, spray, powder inhalation and collunarium),new technology and new dosage forms(sustained-release and controlled-release, targeted and pulse-automatic regulated drug delivery system, transdermal drug delivery system and new intellectual drug)of treating diabetes, also discussed bioequivalence. In concluding, presentlythe medicines with reducing blood sugar showed some side effects after administration of long term. Therefore, development of safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation which was combined with the theory of components compatibility and pharmaceutics, pharmacology and pharmaceutical chemistry may bring new hopes for curing diabetes.
