氯硝西泮对广泛性焦虑辅助治疗作用

目的：评价氯硝西泮合用丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效和安全性。方法：将46例广泛性焦虑患者随机分为合用组（氯硝西泮合用丁螺环酮23例）和单用组（单用丁螺环酮23例），治疗6周。采用Hamilton焦虑量表（HAMA）、副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗第1、2周末两组问HAMA评分比较，合用组低于单用组，差异有显著性；治疗结束时，合用组显效率为78．26％，显著高于单用组的52．17％：两组间TESS评分比较差异无显著性。结论：氯硝西泮合用丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑的疗效优于单用丁螺环酮，且起效快，不良反应轻微。

Clonazepam assists to treat on Generalized Anxiety Anxiety Disorder

Objective: Evaluate the curative effect and security of combining Clonazepam with uspirone to treat on Generalized Anxiety Disorder.Methods:46 Generalized Anxiety Disorder patients were divided into 2 groups at random and treated for 6 weeks.23 patients of the Clonazepam combined with Buspirone,23 patients of the single use of Buspirone.Hamilton Anxirty Scale(HAMA) and TESS were adopted to evaiuate the curative effect and bad reaction.Results: After treatment for one and two weeks.There is remarkable difference between the HAMA marks of the two groups.After treatment,the efficency showed in the combined group is 78.26%,which is notably higher than the efficiency(52.17%)of the single group.There isn't significant difference between the TESS marks of the two groups.Conclusions:The curative effect of combining Clonazepam with Buspirone is better than that of the single use of Buspirone to treat on Generalized Anxiety Disorder.Besides,the curative effect arises faster.Its bad reaction is slight.
