| 摘 要： | 本文报道了普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉对家兔心室致颤阈的作用。结果表明,在治疗浓度下普鲁卡因能提高家兔的室颤阈,且效应与普鲁卡因血浆浓度呈正相关(γ= 0.5650,P<0.05)。琥珀胆碱不能改变普鲁卡因对室颤阈的作用(P>0.05)。利多卡因可以明显提高普鲁卡因对室颤阈的作用(P<0.05)。因此推论普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉对室性心律失常有一定的预防作用。

| Abstract: | The effect of procaine in composite anesthesia on the ventricular fibrillation threshold ( VFT )was studied in rabhits.The results showed that the treatment plasma concentration of procaine could elevate VFT and the effect was positively correlated with the plasma concentration(r=0.5650,P<0.05). While the effect was not altered by the addition of scoline into the procaine solution , adding xylocaine to the procaine-scoline compound solution increased the effect on VFT.It could be inferred that procaine in composite anesthesia has preventive effect on the ventricular arrhythmia to certain extent. |
