| 摘 要： | 目的:观察应用电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用电针刺激膝关节周围局部腧穴治疗,对照组给予口服芬必得治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床治愈率分别为42.5%和30.0%,总有效率分别为92.5%和80.0%,组间比较P0.05。结论:电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有显著的疗效,无明显不良反应。
