Potential activity of Ca2+/Mg2+-dependent endonuclease in endometrial hyperplasia and cancer

Abstract:Potential activity of Ca2+/Mg2+-dependent endonuclease in hyperplastic endometrial tissues is lower than in normal endometrium and practically absent in endometrial cancer tissue. Thus, molecular mechanisms of apoptosis regulation are disturbed even at the stage of hyperplasia.
