贝那普利联合卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

目的观察贝那普利联合卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 94例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为贝那普利和卡维地洛联合治疗组(治疗组)47例,贝那普利和安慰剂联合对照组(对照组)47例。3个月为一个疗程。治疗前后采用NYHA分级,彩色多普勒超声心动图测量左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)及左室射血分数(LVEF),对比治疗前后心功能改善情况。结果治疗后3个月,LVESV、LVEDV均下降,LVEF均增加;治疗组上述指标改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效。

Application of Combination Therapy of Benazepril and Carvedilol in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）Benazepril combined with non-selective β-blocker Carvedilol in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure（CHF）patients.Methods A total of 94 CHF cases were enrolled：47（treatment group）were randomly assigned to receive benazepril plus carvedilol,and the other 47（control Group）to receive benazepril plus placebo all for 3 months. Before and after treatment by NYHA classification,1eft ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD）and Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were detected with color Doppler echocardiography to evaluated the heart function.Results After treatment,the LVEDD and LVESD decreased and the LVEF increased in both groups,with the treatment group showing better improvement than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril plus carvedilol proved to be a safe and effective therapy for CHF patients.
