| 摘 要： | 目的：了解四川地区成年人真耳耦合腔差值（RECD）的平均值。方法：对95例四川地区成年人进行双耳RECD测定．并进行性别及左右耳间的比较及与欧美地区成年人的RECD平均值比较。结果：四川地区与欧美地区成年人的RECD平均值差异有统计学意义。结论：在助听器验配过程中，使用RECD值时不能盲目采用欧美地区成年人的平均值标准。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the average real ear to coupler difference(RECD) value of normal adults in Sichuan province.Method: Ninety-five normal adults from Sichuan province were included in this study.RECD values were compared between right ear and left ear,male and female,Sichuan adults and Caucasian adults respectively.Result:There is statistical difference between the average value of the Sichuan adults and that of Caucasian adults at each frequency.Conclusion:Clinicians should be careful to use the mean RECD value of Caucasian when fitting hearing aids for Chinese. |
