布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析

目的 探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 将62例毛细支气管炎患儿分为观察组和对照组,各31例,对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组加用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗,观察两组患儿治疗疗效.结果 观察组患儿临床症状及体征消退时间均明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组患儿治疗总有效率为96.77％,明显高于对照组的80.65％（P＜0.05）;两组患儿治疗期间均未见与药物相关不良反应.结论 布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎可提高治疗疗效.

Effect of nebulizer inhalation using budesonide combined with terbutaline in treatment for capillary bronchitis

Objective To observe effects of nebulizer inhalation using budesonide combined with terbutaline in treatment for capillary bronchitis. Methods 62 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated conventionally, while the observation group was treated with inhaling budesonide and terbutaline. Results The symptoms and signs of observation group subsided earlier than those of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The cases of the observation group were cured at a total of 96.77%, which was much greater than that of the control group 80.65% （P 〈 0.05）. No adverse reactions were identified during the treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Inhalation using both budesonide and terbutaline is more effective for capillary bronchitis treatment.
