慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期大鼠模型构建方法的比较

慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗是目前医学界的难题之一,其困难之处在于致病因素的多样性及发病机制的不确定性.为寻求更好的治疗方案.多年来,国内外学者致力于通过建立急性期（AECOPD）模型,来揭开其发病机制,达到降低病死率的目的,但由于其病因太多,发病机制十分复杂,至今进展仍然缓慢.笔者复习有关文献,对COPD和AECOPD大鼠模型构造进行总结,旨在为COPD的发病机制研究提供帮助.

Establishing mothods of rat model with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation

Treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） is one of the challenges in medical field. The reason is that COPD has lots of pathogenic factors and uncertain pathogenesis. In order to find a better treatment method, scholars at home and abroad have been trying to discover the pathogenesis of COPD by establishing AECOPD model for years to decrease the case-fatality. However, because COPD has too many pathogenic factors and too complicated pathogenesis, the scholars still have not made a big progress. Therefore, the writers want to provide some help for studying the pathogenesis of COPD reviewing some related literatures and summarizing the establishment of COPD and AECOPD rat model.
