| 摘 要： | 运用原位杂交技术检测脂质体介导增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)反义寡脱氧核苷酸抑制人膀胱癌细胞BIU-87PCNA mRNA的表达水平.结果表明脂质体介导PCNA反义寡脱氧核苷酸处理组中BIU-87细胞PCNA mRNA的表达水平明显低于对照组.结果提示脂质体介导PCNA反义寡脱氧核苷酸可抑制人膀胱癌细胞BIU-87体外增殖活性,其抑制作用可通过阻断PCNA蛋白表达来实现.

| Abstract: | Hybridization in situ was used to detect proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) mRNA expression of BIU-87 cells which were treated with antisense oligodeoxynucleotides (ASODN) conjugated with lipofection. The results showed that PCNA mRNA expression of BIU-87 cells was significantly suppressed or reduced in comparison with the controls. But the SODN showed no such effect in comparison with the controls. It was concluded that ASODN can obviously inhibit the proliferation of bladder cancer cells by inhibiting the expression of PCNA. |
