| 摘 要： | 本文以总含氮量为比较指标,探讨制备板蓝根袋泡剂的最佳工艺条件及浸泡方法。结果认为通过一号筛的药材105℃烘烤15min;袋泡剂每次用沸水100ml 浸泡5min,浸泡二次为最佳。并将袋泡剂与杭州某药厂产的冲剂进行主要化学成份的定性鉴别和总含氮量比较,结果冲剂中的主要化学成份袋泡剂均能浸出,六克袋泡剂的含氮量与十五克市售冲剂相同。
