西藏地区中小学生接种乙肝疫苗的免疫效果分析

目的了解乙肝疫苗对中、小学生的免疫效果。方法从西藏拉萨、林芝、日喀则、山南地区随机采集1159份已注射过乙肝疫苗1年以上的中、小学生进行问卷调查,经酶联免疫试验(ELASA)检测乙肝表面抗原。结果HBsAg的检出率拉萨、林芝、日喀则、山南地区分别为8.3%、7.0%、7.5%和5.2%,较以往调查结果的26.2%相比已有明显的下降趋势。结论尽管西藏的乙肝病毒是一个新的变异重组体,而目前使用的乙肝疫苗仍然适用于该地区。

Effectiveness of Hepatitis B vaccination in Tibetans

Purpose We have reported that HBV genotype in Tibetans is a C/D hybrid which differs from these of other ethnic groups',now we studied the effectiveness of hepatitis B virus vaccination among primary and middle school students. Methods Randomly selected 1159 primary and middle school students who have been vaccinated in Lhasa,Linzhi,Shikatse and Lhoga areas.Questionnaires were distributed among those students and ELASA method was used for detecting HBsAg.Results The rate of HBV carriers are 8.3%,7.0%,and 5.2% in Lhasa,Linzhi,Shikatse,and Lhong.It is decreased respectively compare with the previous result(26.2%).Conclusion The vaccination we are using now may still be appropriate although the HBV of Tibetans is proved to be a new recombinant virus.
