| 摘 要： | 目的分析总结不典型肺腺癌的CT表现，提高对本病的认识和诊断水平。方法回顾分析19例已证实病例的CT表现。结果19例中，肺内病变表现为实变10例，结节3例，粟粒性病变6例，都伴有纵隔淋巴结肿大及单侧胸腔积液。结论肺内实变、结节及弥漫粟粒结节表现伴单侧胸腔积液及纵隔淋巴结肿大，对不典型肺腺癌有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze CT features of lung atypical adenocarcinoma and improve the diagnosis level and the recognition of the disease. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed CT features of 19 cases which confirmed clinically. Results On qualitative analyze of the cases, CT features in the lung showed consolidation in 10 cases, miliary nodules in 6 cases, lymphnode of mediastinum enlargement and single fleural effusion was found in all cases. Conclusion CT features is found consolidation, nodules or miliary nodules in the lung. with lymphnode of mediastinum enlargement and single fleural effusion has important radiological evaluation to lung atypical adenocalcinoma. |
