低剂量短程三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡近期疗效观察

目的 :观察低剂量短程三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡 ( PU )近期疗效。方法 :80例 PU患者随机分为 :治疗组 40例用洛赛克 2 0 m g/ d,甲硝唑 0 .2 g和阿莫西林 0 .5 g,均为每日 3次口服 ;对照组 40例用雷尼替丁 15 0 m g,每日 2次口服 ,甲硝唑和阿莫西林同治疗组。疗程均为 2周。结果 :治疗组愈合率为 95 % ,总有效率为 97.5 % ,明显优于对照组 80 %和 87.5( P <0 .0 5 ) ;且复发率治疗组 2 .5 6% ,显著低于对照组 11.76% ( P <0 .0 1)。结论 :说明含质子泵抑制剂的三联疗法 ,具有近期疗效好 ,且复发率低的特点。

Recent observation of low-dose short-term triple therapies for treatment effects of the peptic ulcer

Objective:It is to observe the recent efficocy in treating peptic ulcer of low-dose short-term triple tharapies.Methods: Eighty patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients were treated with loses 20mg qd, plus metronidazole 200mg tid and amoxycillin 500mg tid, po for 2 wr; Other 40 patients as control group were treated with ranitidine 150mg bid, plus metronidazole 200mg tid and amoxycillin 500mg tid, po for 2 wr. Results: The remarkable effective rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95% and 97.5%, reapectinely,it was better than that control group was 80% and 87.5%(P<0.05). The relapsing rate of six months in the treatment group (2.56%) was significantly less than those in the control group (11.76%, P<0.01). Conclusion:The explanation protor pump inhibitors (PPI), the low-dose short-term triple therapies is a better drug in the treatment of patients.
