Problems of Information System Construction of Field Medical Rescue

According to fundamentals and theorise,the author proposed that to construct field information system of medical service,we should do as following:First,abide Moore Principle to regard both hardware and software con- struction;Secondly,sparkplug management innovation according to theory of repugnance;Thirdly,analyze the phenomena of different structure and seek breakthroughs in technologies;Fourthly,improve technology levers in virtue of foreign aid;Fifthly,conquer the phenomena of bamboo joints and emphasize share of resource;The sixth, follow Morfei Theorem to enhance guarding consciousness.
