摘    要:本文采用~(14)C-杀灭菊酯的放射性测量及整体放射自显影术,研究杀灭菊酯在小鼠体内的吸收、分布和排出规律。结果表明,给小鼠一次灌胃,~(14)C-杀灭菊酯经消化道吸收速率常数为1.68h~(-1);血药浓度达峰时间1.98 h;排出相半衰期为24.32h。杀灭菊酯主要分布于肝、肾、肺、皮肤和毛,给药后第5天在皮肤和毛发中仍能检出较高的~(14)C放射性。~(14)-C杀灭菊酯及其代谢物主要经尿排出,部分可贮存于小鼠皮肤和毛发中。

Abstract:Using ~(14)C isotopio measurement and autoradiography, the absorption, distribu-bion and elimination of Fenvalerate were studied in mice. The results showed that after gastric intubation, the Ka, Tmax and T1/2/8 of 14G-Fenvalerate were 1.68h-1, 1.98 h and 24.32 h, respaotively, 14C-Fenvalerate wag distributed mainly in the liver, kideny, lung, skin and hair of the mouse. Higher concentration of 14C isotope were detected in the skin and hair 120 h af ber intubation. 14C-Fenvalerate and its metabolites can bj partially stored in the skin and fur of the mouse. They are principally eliminated through urine.
