选择性开放血脑屏障的相关方法研究

血脑屏障(BBB)是脑内维持神经系统,尤其是中枢神经系统内环境稳定的重要结构,当然也正是由于它本身结构功能的特点,将许多治疗神经系统等疾病的药物拒之门外,难以达到很好的治疗效果。于是,关于改变BBB通透性使药物可以顺利抵达脑组织发挥功效的研究层出不穷。包括对BBB本身蛋白基因进行调控,输注不同药物利用其不同机制增加BBB通透性,利用人工载药颗粒传递药物入脑,物理射线、超声等开放BBB以及与中医药相结合促进药物传输等方法。

Related Method of Selective Opening Blood Brain Barrier

The blood-brain barrier(BBB)was an important structure of brain which maintain the homeostasis of the environment around the nervous system,especially the central nervous system.But because of the structure characteristic,many kinds of medicine for disease of nervous system were inhibited and difficult to achieve good treatment.So how to change the permeability of BBB to facilitate the transportation of medicine became a hot research.It included the regulation of BBB gene,infusion of different drugs with different mechanisms to increase its BBB permeability,use artificial particles to transfer drug into the brain,physics-ray,ultrasound,other open BBB and with the combination of Chinese medicine for drug delivery.
