超敏C反应蛋白在脑出血患者中的变化及醒脑静对其的影响

目的观察脑出血患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化,并探讨醒脑静对其的影响。方法将132例住院的脑出血患者随机分为2组:治疗A组70例予醒脑静注射液及常规治疗,治疗B组62例予常规治疗,均在治疗前及治疗后14 d时空腹采血测定hs-CRP水平;采用美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评定量表Barthel(BI)对疗效进行评定。另选择年龄、性别比较相似的健康体检者60例作为对照组,均在体检时、体检后14 d时空采血测定hs-CRP。结果治疗A组和治疗B组治疗前hs-CRP均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01);治疗后,治疗A组hs-CRP较治疗B组明显降低(P<0.05),治疗A组疗效较治疗B组明显(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者血清hs-CRP明显升高,醒脑静可降低脑出血患者血清hs-CRP的含量,改善脑出血患者的预后。

Changes of high sensitivity C reactive protein in intracerebral hemorrhage patient and the influence of Xingnaojing injection on it

Objective It is to observe the changes of high sensitivity C-resctive protein(hs-CRP) in serum on intracerebral hemorrhage patient and to explore the effect of Xingnaojing injection on it.Methods 132 cases of hospitalized patients with intracerebral hemorrhage disease were randomly divided into 2 groups.The 70 patients of the treatment A group were given Xingnaojing injection and conventional therapy,the 62 patients of the treatment B group were given conventional therapy.The levels of hs-CRP at fasting blood in all patients were measured before beginning of treatment,and after 14 days’ treatment.The clinical efficacy were evaluated by NIHSS and BI to all patients.At the same time 60 cases of normal healthy individuals with the similar age and gender were collected as control group and their hs-CRP levels in fasting blood were also measured.Results The level of serum hs-CRP of the treatment groups before treatment was increased significantly compared with that in control group(P<0.01).The level of serum hs-CRP of the treatment A group after treatment was decreased dramatically compared with that in the treatment B group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum hs-CRP in cerebral hemorrhage patients increase obviously,Xingnaojing injection could reduce serum hs-CRP and improve the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage disease.
