| 摘 要： | 目的:观察抗癌合剂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效;方法:选取87例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组选用抗癌合剂加NP(长春瑞斌+顺铂),对照组单用NP化疗方案;结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P0.05),生存质量改善优于对照组(P0.05),毒副作用小于对照组(P0.05),体重较对照组有所增加(P0.05)。结论:抗癌合剂在中晚期肺癌化疗中有监减毒增效,提高生存质量的作用。

Clinical observation on treating advanced lung cancer with anti-cancer mixture plus chemotherapy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the anti-cancer mixture plus chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer;Methods:87 cases were randomly divided into the treated group and control group,the treated group took anti-cancer mixture plus NP(Changchun Ruibin cisplatin);in the control group NP chemotherapy alone;Results:The treated group than the control group(P<0.05),improved quality of life than the control group(P<0.05),side effects than the control group(P<0.05),weight increase than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The mixture of anti-cancer plus chemotherapy has better efficiency in advanced lung cancer,improve quality of life. |
