| 摘 要： | 目的：分析中西医联合治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法：将100名癫痫患者随机均分为实验组和对照组.对照组采用西医治疗。实验组在西医治疗基础上,采用中医辨证论治。对比两组疗效和不良反应及并发症发生率。结果：实验组有效率（90.00%）高于对照组（70.00%）（P〈0.05）。在不良反应及并发症发生率上,实验组（4.00%）明显低于对照组（66.00%）（P〈0.01）。结论：中医辨证联合西医治疗癫痫疗效更好,且不良反应及并发症发生率低,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the efficacy of treating epilepsy in the integrative medicine.Methods: 100 epilepsy patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Control group were treated with western medicine for treatment;the experimental group was taken in the integrative medicine for treatment.Two groups were compared efficacy and adverse effects and incidence of complications.Results: The effective rate of the experimental group(90.00%) was higher than the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).and the rate of adverse reaction and complication in the experimental group(4.00%) was obviously lower than the control group(66.00%)(P<0.01).Conclusion: Treating epilepsy in the integrative medicine had a better efficacy and a lower rate of adverse reaction and complication.It should be widely application. |
