消瘿汤治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症60例疗效评价

目的：观察消瘿汤治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法：将原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者120例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均接受左甲状腺素片治疗,前者同时加用消瘿汤,观察4个月,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后甲状腺激素水平、血脂水平的变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率80.00%（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后在甲状腺激素水平、血脂水平等方面较治疗前均有显著作用,而治疗组改善更明显（P〈0.01）。结论：消瘿汤治疗原发性甲减疗效肯定,中西医结合治疗原发性甲减优于单纯西医治疗。

Efficacy evaluation of the Xiaoying decoction in treating 60 cases of primary hypothyroidism

Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaoying decoction in treating primary hypothyroidism.Methods:120 patients with primary hypothyroidism were randomized into two groups:the treated group and the control group.The two groups were both treated with euthyrox.The treated group was given Xiaoying decoction treatment.After four months,assessed the clinical effects and the changes of thyroid hormone,and serum lipid profile.Results:The total effective rate in the treated group was 93.33%and 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).And both the observation items such as the level of thyroid hormone and serum lipid profile in the treated group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Satisfactory outcome was acquired in using Xiaoying decoction to treat primary hypothyroidism patients.Integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment was better than pure Western Medicine treatment.
