眼视光专业学生心理健康及其影响因素的调查

目的调查西安医学院眼视光专业学生心理健康状况及其存在的问题,为专业的发展提出相应的建议与对策。方法采用整群抽样的方法,利用《一般人口学特征调查表》和王征宇修订的《90项症状自评量表(Symptom Check List 90,SCL-90)》,对西安医学院2008—2010年级眼视光专业148名学生进行问卷调查。结果①眼视光专业学生的强迫症状(t=-2.799,P0.01)、焦虑(t=4.032,P0.01)、恐怖(t=4.494,P0.01)分值与全国大学生常模比较,差异有统计学意义。②一年级眼视光专业学生各因子得分均高于其他2个年级。躯体化(F=3.285,P0.05)、人际关系敏感(F=5.119,P0.01)、抑郁(F=6.307,P0.01)、敌对(F=4.150,P0.05)、恐怖(F=5.301,P0.01)、精神病性(F=5.594,P0.01)、总均分(F=5.743,P0.01)的年级差异显著。结论学校应针对不同类型学生开展心理卫生工作及心理咨询服务;家长的关怀与理解、老师对学生的思想教育和社会的关注可逐步提高眼视光专业学生的心理素质。

Investigation on mental health and its influencing factors of students in optometry fields

Objective]To investigate the status of the mental health and its related problems in the optometry students of Xi’an Medical College,and provide a scientific basis for the professional development and recommendations.Methods]Cluster sampling and " general demographic characteristics questionnaire" and Wang Zheng-yu revised "Symptom check List 90,SCL-90" were used to investigate 148 students grades 2008,2009 and 2010 of optometry professional in Xi’an Medical College.Results]①Optometry students’ compulsive symptoms(t=2.799,P<0.01),anxiety(t=4.032,P<0.01),terror(t=4.494,P<0.01) scores were significantly different with those of national college students norm.②First-year optometry students’ factor scores were higher than the other 2 grades.The differences of somatization(F=3.285,P<0.05),interpersonal sensitivity(F=5.119,P<0.01),depression(F=6.307,P<0.01),hostility(F=4.150,P<0.05),horror(F=5.301,P<0.01),psychotic(F=5.594,P<0.01),total average(F=5.743,P<0.01) were significant between grades.Conclusion]School should carry out psychological counseling services for different types of students.Parental care and understanding,teachers’ ideological education on student,the concern of the community can gradually increase the psychological quality of the students in optometry fields.
