外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折疗效分析

目的探讨应用外固定架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对2004年4月～2007年6月收治的30例桡骨远端粉碎性骨折应用外固定架治疗行回顾性分析。本组均为C2、C3型骨折，在C臂下复位，外固定架固定。必要时切开复位，辅助克氏针固定碎骨块。结果本组所有患者骨折愈合，腕关节功能按TAM标准：优18例，良9例，可2例，差1例，优良率87％。结论外固定架治疗桡骨远端严重粉碎性骨折仍是一种有效的治疗方法。

The Treatment of Comminuted Fracture of Distal Radius with External Fixator

Objective To evaluate the results of the treatment following distal radius fracture with external fixator. Methods From April 2004 to June 2007,30 patients with distal radius fractures were treated by external fixtor.
