| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者进行体外受精．胚胎移植(IVF-ET)过程的特点及影响其妊娠结局的因素。方法回顾性分析2002年3月至2004年12月单纯PCOS因素患者共78例(78个新鲜周期)及单纯输卵管因素210例(210个新鲜周期)在我院生殖医学中心进行VF-ET的临床资料。结果PCOS患者应用促性腺激素(Gn)促排卵治疗时间较长,卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)发生率及未移植率较输卵管患者高,但Gn用量、取卵数、受精率、优质胚胎率及妊娠率均与输卵管患者相似;而受精率是影响PCOS患者妊娠率的主要因素。结论PCOS患者在IVF-ET治疗时应用必要的辅助治疗方法,可改善PCOS患者的IVF-ET结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of PCOS on the outcome of the patients receiving IVF-ET treatment. Methods In this study, two groups of patients, tubal and PCOS factor infertility, received IVF-ET treatment Results In PCOS group, the patients have the highest rate of ovarian hyperstimulation (OHSS), but the similar fertility rate and pregnant rate per embryo transfer, compared with the tubal group. The preg-nant group with PCOS has a higher fertility rate. Conclusions Patients with PCOS can get a higher pregnant rate and a lower risk in IVF-ET treatment after proper pretreatment. |
