| 摘 要： | 随机将152例尖锐湿疣患者分为4组：单纯微波组36例、微波加干扰素组45例、微波加中药熏洗组42例、中药内服加熏洗组31例，分别进行临床疗效比较和复发率的随访。结果：单纯微波组痊愈26例，复发15例；微波加干扰素组痊愈33例，复发9例；微波加中药和熏洗组痊愈36例，复发5例；中药内服熏洗组痊愈16例，复发4例。提示微波加中药熏洗治疗尖锐湿疣，治愈率高，复发率低。

| Abstract: | One hundred and fifty-two cases of pointed condyloma were randomized into four groups: group A in which 36 cases were treated by microwave, group B in which 45 cases were treated by microwave and interferon, group C in which 42 cases were treated by microwave and herbal fumigation, and group D in which 31 cases were treated by herbal administration. The clinical effects and relapse rate were detected. Results: In group A, 26 cases were cured and 15 cases relapsed; in group B, 33 cases were cured, and 9 cases relapsed; in group C, 36 cases were cured and 5 cases relapsed; in group D, 16 cases were cured and 4 cases relapsed. It is indicated that microwave plus herbal fumigation is quite effective for pointed condyloma. |
