摘    要:本文从医院患者服务管理的实际需求出发,提出一种基于计算机、硬件评价器、触摸屏、通讯与网络技术、数据库技术等的全方位、一体化的医院服务评价管理系统的解决方案。患者在接受诊疗服务的同时,可及时、主动、全面地对医院、科室、医务人员的服务质量进行评价或提出意见及建议,系统真实客观的记录了患者满意度情况,有利于提高医疗服务质量。

Abstract:This paper, starting from the actual demand of hospital service management, puts forward a kind of comprehensive hospital service evaluation management system solution based on computer, hardware evaluation device, touch screen, communication and network technology, database technology and so on. While the patients are receiving medical services, they could offer timely, active and comprehensive evaluation and suggestions for the service quality of hospital, department, and medical staff. This system keeps the record of patients’ satisfaction truly and objectively, which is quite helpful to improve medical service quality.
