| 摘 要： | 目的对沧州市中心医院临床检验中心出现的不合格标本进行分类统计和原因分析。方法对临床检验中心不合格标本按照类别、数量、拒收原因分别进行计数统计。结果采血量少、溶血、凝血、抗凝管使用错误等是血液标本不合格的主要原因。尿液和粪便标本不合格的原因主要有采集量少、标本被污染、送检不及时等。结论分析不合格原因,在标本采集前准备运输、拒收等方面进行整改,做好分析前的质控工作。
