| 摘 要： | 目的:寻找一种简单、安全、有效、成功率高、不影响生育功能的药物保守治疗胎盘植入的方法。方法:19例患者分A、B、C 3组进行比较,A组单用m ethorexate(MTX),B组单用5-flurourac il(5-FU),C组两药合用。结果:C组能明显缩短胎盘排出时间,减少住院天数(P<0.05)。结论:MTX与5-FU合用治疗胎盘植入疗效较好,方法简单,副作用小,成功率高,尤其适于那些迫切需要保留生育功能的患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To seek a simple,effective and highly successful expectant treatment which doesn't affect the reproductive function and psychology of the patients suffering from placenta increta.Methods:19 cases were divided into group A,B and C.Group A was treated with single MTX,group B with single 5-FU,and group C with the above combined.Results:Group C shows great differences in shorting the time of placenta discharge(P<0.05),decreasing days in hosiptal,and raising cure rate than that of in group of A and B.Conclusion:The combination of MTX with 5-FU in treating these patients is a simple,effective method with highly successful rate and little side effect.It may be used as the first choice in treating the patients with placenta increta,especially to those who need to keep the reproductive function. |
