胃炎停胶囊提取工艺的研究

目的 研究胃炎停胶囊中各组分的醇提，挥发油提取，水煎者提取的工艺方法。方法 以醇浸膏得率，齐墩果酸含量为指标，考察渗滤法提取亲脂性部分的工艺条件；以加水量和提取时间两因素考察对挥发油提取取得率的影响；用正交试验优选水煎煮的提取工艺条件。结果 白花蛇舌草，半枝莲亲脂部分以60％乙醇为溶媒，收集12倍量渗滤液，结果齐墩果酸含量和浸膏收率高；高良姜加10倍量水提取4h，可使挥发油基本馏出；水提部分工艺为加14倍量水，提取2次，每次1h。结论上述实验结果可为胃炎停胶囊提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。

EXTRACTION PROCESS OF WEIYANTING CAPSULES

OBJECTIVE To ascertain the conditions for the volatile oil extracting,alcohol-extracting and water-extracting from Weiyanting capsules.METHODS The extracting conditions of percolation were established and taken the overall yield and the content of oleanolic acid as markers. The effects of water-adding amount and extraction time on the yield of volatile oil were studied and the optimal conditions were obtained by the orthogonal test.RESULTS The volatile oil of rhizoma alpiniae officinarum could be basically extracted when it was extracted for 4 hours with 10 times of water. The content of oleanolic acid and the extract yield were supreme when the lipophilic part of Hedyotis diffusa Willd and Herba Scutellariae barbatae when the samples of Hedyotis diffusa Willd and Herba Scutellariae barbatae were percolated with 60% alcohol and the 12 times percolate was collected.The process condition of water-extracting was selected when it was extracted for two times with 14 times of water ,one hour every time.CONCLUSION The experimental results provide the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Weiyanting capsules.
