2007-2012年年轻军事飞行人员住院疾病谱分析

目的 研究住院年轻军事飞行人员疾病构成情况,为航卫保障提供参考。方法 对2006年11月-2012年11月在我院住院≤28岁的军事飞行人员疾病进行分类统计,分析疾病构成比和相关专科分布情况以及飞行结论。结果 排序前10位的疾病为腰椎间盘突出症、心律失常、腰峡部裂、航空性副鼻窦炎、头痛、加速度耐力不良、半月板损伤、肾结石、焦虑、抑郁状态和地面晕厥;按专科划分排序前5位为骨科、耳鼻喉科、神经内科、心血管内科和消化科;飞行结论 ：飞行暂不合格和飞行不合格共占53.4%。结论 脊柱和关节疾病、耳鼻喉科疾病、神经系统功能性疾病以及心血管疾病是年轻军事飞行人员常见疾病,应在招飞体检和航空卫生保障中采取针对性措施。

Disease spectrum of hospitalized young military pilots in 2007-2012

Objective To provide the reference for aeromedical support by studying the diseases in hospitalized young military pilots. Methods Diseases in military pilots with their age ≤ 28 years admitted to our hospital from November 2006 to November 2012 were classified. The distribution and flying conclusion of these pilots in different departments were analyzed. Results The top 10 diseases in the pilots were lumbar disc herniation, followed by arrhythmia, pars interarticularis defect, aero-sinusitis, headache, acceleration intolerance, meniscus injury, renal calculus, anxiety-depression and ground syncope. The first 5 involved departments were department of orthopedics, followed by department of otorhinolaryngology, department of neurology, department of cardiology and department of gastroenterology. The temporary and permanent grounding accounted for 53.4%. Conclusion Spinal and joint diseases, otorhinolaryngological diseases, functional diseases of the nervous system and cardiovascular diseases are common in young military pilots and measures should thus be taken in pilot recruitment.
