| 摘 要： | 肾是创伤危重患者最易受损的重要脏器之一，急性肾功能损害（acutekideneyinjury，AKI）的发生率及死亡率高。及时预测AKI发生的能力在监测病情进展中起着至关重要的作用。其中，评估肾血流灌注变化对于AKI早期诊断和保护肾功能具有重要的临床意义。本文就超声检查在创伤危重患者肾血流灌注变化中的研究进展作一概述。

| Abstract: | Kidney is one of the most frequently injured organs in critical trauma patients. The incidence and mortality of acute kidney injury （AKI） remain high. The ability to predict the occurrence of AKI plays an important role in monitoring its progression. Assessment of renal perfusion is of great clinical significance in early diagnosis of AKI and protection of renal function. Following is a review of the application of ultrasonography in assessment of renal perfusion in critical trauma patients. |
