血小板第4因子的研究进展

摘    要:血小板第4因子是一种激活的血小板分泌的趋化因子,与多种细胞的生物功能有关。该因子对造血干细胞、肿瘤细胞及其他细胞有广泛的调节作用,能支持造血干细胞生长,降低细胞的化学敏感性、抑制细胞凋亡,对红系、巨核细胞系均有作用;可通过对内皮细胞周期、成纤维细胞生长因子2及其相应受体的作用抑制内皮细胞生长;还能通过多种机制抑制肿瘤的生长。在该因子的作用过程中,肝素等糖胺聚糖起到了介导、贮存等多种重要作用。本文即对此因子的结构和功能作一简述,介绍其在造血调节和抑制肿瘤生长等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Platelet factor 4 (PF4) is a kind of chemokine that is secreted by active platelets. PF4 is concerned with biological functions of many kinds of cells. This chemokine owns widely modulation effect on hemopoietic cells, tumor cells and other cells. PF4 can support hemopoietic cell growth and depress cell chemosensitivity. It also inhibits cell apoptosis. PF4 has such effects to both erythroid and megakaryocytic lineages. PF4 can inhibit en-dothelial cell growth via effect to endothelial cell cycle, fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2), and FGF-2 receptor. PF4 also inhibits tumor growth through various kinds of mechanism. During the process of PF4 action, glycosaminoglycan (GAGs) including heparin play an important role. This article summarized the structure and function of PF4, and introduced the progress of modulating hemopoiesis and inhibiting growth of tumor by PF4.
