| 摘 要： | 本文综述了血小板生成素(thrombopoietin,TPO)在再生障碍性贫血、原发性血小板减少性紫癜、骨髓增生异常综合征、肝硬变引起的血小板减少性紫癜、化疗引起的血小板减少、川崎病、原发性血小板增多症、家族性血小板增多症、肝母细胞瘤等血小板异常疾病中的变化,探讨TPO与血小板异常疾病发生、发展以及预后的关系,并探讨血清TPO水平与血小板数的相关性。

| Abstract: | The variations of serum thrombopoietin (TPO) level in patients with aplastic anemia, idiopathic thrombo-cytopenic purpura, myelodysplastic syndromes, thrombocytopenia in cirrhosis of liver, thrombocytopenia induced by chemotherapy, and thrombocythemia (essential thrombocythemia, familial thrombocythemia, Kawasaki disease and hepatoblastoma, etc) were reviewed, in order to explore the relationship between TPO and the occurence, development and outcome of the diseases with platelet abnormality, and also inquire into the correlation between TPO level and platelet counts. |
