低体重婴幼儿先天性心脏病的术后护理

目的]探讨低体重婴幼儿先天性心脏病手术后的护理方法,旨在提高护理质量,减少低体重婴幼儿术后并发症,降低其死亡率。方法]对我科体重在10kg以下的先天性心脏病婴幼儿35例,根据婴幼儿的解剖生理特点,从术后呼吸系统的管理、循环系统的监护、有创引流管的护理及基础护理等方面进行统计分析研究。结果]本组35例,其中8例出现并发症,术后死亡2例,死亡率5.7%,33例痊愈出院。结论]完善低体重先心病患儿的术后综合护理,提高护理质量,对降低并发症、减少死亡率具有重要意义。

Postoperative nursing care of low-weight infants with congenital heart disease

Objective: To probe into postoperative nursing methods of low-weight infants with congenital heart disease, for the purpose of enhancing nursing quality and decreasing their postoperative complications and lowering their death rate. Methods: A total of 35 infants whose body weight were less than 10 kg and with congenital heart disease were analyzed statistically from aspects of postoperative management of respiratory system, monitoring of circulatory system, nursing care of drainage tube, basic nursing based on the anatomical and physiological characteristics of infants.Results: Among all the 35 cases, 8 cases had developed complications. Two cases died after operation. The death rate was 5.7%. The other 33 cases were fully recovered from illness and discharged. Conclusion: Both to perfect postoperative comprehensive nursing care of low-weight infant with congenital heart disease and to enhance nursing quality have important significance for reducing their complications and lowering down their death rate.
