软骨组织工程支架材料的研究进展

摘    要:软骨组织工程支架材料要求具有特定的生化、物理性质,如极强的生物相容性、合适的生物降解性、可控的孔径大小、足够的孔隙率等。随着软骨组织工程的发展,如何选取理想的支架材料已成为这一课题的关键。文中就近年来软骨组织工程的支架材料研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:The scaffold for cartilage tissue engineering should have special physical and biochemical properties,such as excellent biocompatibility,proper biodegradability,controlled porosity,adequate pore size,etc.With the development of cartilage tissue engineering,how to achieve ideal scaffolds is becoming a hot spot in this field.This review outlines the advances in the studies of scaffolds in cartilage tissue engineering.
